*UPDATE*

As of right now I don't know when my hiatus will be ending. I don't know, in a way I feel I've outgrown dA (as far as posting things). The fact of the matter is very few poets and writers on dA get much recognition. dA is a very art-based community and while there's nothing wrong with that I don't feel like it's the best place for writers to have their work seen by others. So I will be looking for somewhere new to post my writings and work on my stuffs. For now my account will mostly be updated with icons, image editing and stuff like that.

I'm going to be going on a slight hiatus from DA, just because I can't keep up with the level of activity I used to have. I have lots of classwork and friends popping in and out and I just can't be as active as I used to be. I doubt I ever will be able to be that active again; there are just so many things I'm involved in now and I don't have the time to go through 100+ deviations a day. I'm really sorry, because I do love this community, but I have real life (not that you aren't real to me, you just aren't a physical presence) things to take care of; money problems, classes, assignments, etc.

I've also been getting a lot of notes from random people saying how amazing my work is with links to apply for awards and blogging and, of course, Poetry.com and it's making me slightly nervous that my poetry is going to be stolen. I might end up pulling a lot of it down and leaving my other random deviations (icons and whatnot) up. I do hope to one day return full time. I'll pop in and out every now and again, but I don't know if I'll be posting anything new. Much love for you all.

Things are kinda boring where I am. Even though there's tons of activity in my personal life, inspiration's been slow, far and in between. Keep on truckin'

Kanashii to Shiawase - Chapter 1: Mother - This is my novel project that I've been working on since 5/05. Now that I've gotten the plot planning out of the way I've started writing it. So far I haven't decided whether or not I'll be posting it on DA.
Scars - Sango's image poem. One in a series of image poems I'm writing for the bulk of the cast of Inu-Yasha. I use the word "image" poem in the sense that it's supposed to give you an "image" of the character's personality.
Memories - Kohaku's image poem.
Atashi no kokoro - Kikyou's image poem.
Chichi-ue - Sesshoumaru's image poem.
Freedom - Kagura's image poem.
Longing - Inu-Yasha and Kagome's image poem (more of their relationship and interaction).

I just want to support aformer senior from my school who currently attends Virginia Tech. His RA as well as a freshman in his orientation group are among the 33 deceased. Dan, even if you never see this, I'm here for you.

THE VT PROJECT

Now i was sadden to read about VT (Virginia Tech.

and i felt a bit out of place i felt sad for these people but i have never expericened something like that it rarely happens in australia.

but i think the problem is the same

What i propose is just a simple task that everyone should do.

Today wether you know the person or not if you see someone down don't think about how bad you will look talking to them or sit like that ASK THEM IF THERE OK. give them a smile and tell them your there if they need you. now they might go leave me alone *blah blah* and so on but thats there problem you've done you bit reached out your hand and helped someone wether they wanted it or not.

now i'm not say you have to go out there a save a runaway pram from oncoming traffic but the smallest smile or jester can prevent times like VT and colombine

Its not that much to ask of yourself.

it doesn't have to be big if a woman is on the bus and cant find the rest of her change offer yours.

please spread this through your journals and so forth

i would like if you could credit to me but thats ok if you dont.

I want you to credit to me because i want everyone who did something today to e-mail me with what they did the littlest thing deserves to be noticed!

I can't offer you money to do this or fame but i can pffer my thanks and hope thats enough.

Okay, all of you out there who watch me.... GO WATCH DEATH NOTE AND FALL IN LOVE WITH RAITO-KUN!!!!!!!!!!! (aka Light ^^)

Death Note is SUCH an awesome anime! I haven't read the manga yet, but the anime is very, very close to the original (other than taking out a few scenes and changing the order of events a bit) so the manga is definitely awesome too! I haven't heard great things about the live action films yet... and I'm not fond of anime/manga that become live action anything, but I might give it a whirl. Maybe.

Anyway, the plot is original, the characters are amazing and the seiyuu cast includes... *drumroll* KAPPEI-SAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (as L)

Get out there and see it. Of course, when I say get out there, I mean get your ass on youtube and watch the freakin' episodes!
